Exclusive whole-boat bookings for fewer than 12 passengers is subject to a minimum hire charge.

To ensure we can fully stock your favourite drinks and keep everything perfectly chilled, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 2 weeks before your cruise to discuss your bar preferences.

If you have any special requests or would like to personalise your experience, please get in touch with The Duchess Cruises at least 2 weeks prior to your cruise date and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
***ALLERGEN INFORMATION***
We take food allergies and intolerances seriously. Our menus highlight the presence of common allergens. However if you or a member of your party has a food allergy or intolerance please contact us before booking your cruise so we can discuss your requirements and advise accordingly.
Please note that food is prepared and served in a small shared galley onboard the narrowboat. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. Some of the foods we serve contain allergens including (but not limited to) Milk, gluten, eggs, celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, fish, lupin, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
